About the IKDC

The International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) Subjective Knee Evaluation Form is one of the most widely used patient-reported outcome measures for knee conditions. It assesses three domains:

  • Symptoms: Pain, stiffness, swelling, locking, giving way
  • Sports and Daily Activities: Function during various activities
  • Current Knee Function: Overall assessment

Scores range from 0-100, with higher scores indicating better function. This simplified version captures the key elements of the IKDC.
